Fixed-price packages. No hourly billing, no scope creep. Every engagement includes documentation and a team handoff. All prices are fixed and in Canadian dollars (CAD). Hosting and AI usage are billed to you directly by the providers, usually $20–150 a month. ### Technical Review — $2,500 (1 week)

A straight answer about what you already have and what to do next. We look at how your site or app is built, hosted, and updated, then tell you what's worth fixing, what's fine as-is, and what it would cost. You get a written plan you can act on — with or without us.

**Deliverables:**
- Written report in plain English, findings ranked by priority
- A recommended plan for your site, app, and hosting
- Costed list of quick wins and longer-term work
- 30-minute call to walk you through it

**Ideal for:** You've inherited a site or app you don't fully understand, the quotes you're getting are all over the map, or you want a second opinion from a senior engineer before you commit real money.

### Build Sprint — From $7,500 (2 weeks)

Two weeks, one thing built properly and launched. A new website, an internal tool, a customer-facing feature, or AI added to something you already run. $7,500 covers one workflow, feature, or site that fits in two weeks; bigger builds are quoted as two or more sprints. Either way, we agree the scope and the price in writing before we start.

**Deliverables:**
- A working site, tool, or feature — live, not a prototype
- Documentation written for a non-specialist
- Hosting set up and configured in your own accounts
- 30 days of fixes for anything that doesn't work as agreed, at no charge
- Walkthrough session so your team can take it over

**Ideal for:** You need something built in weeks rather than months, you've been quoted six months by an agency for work that shouldn't take that long, or a manual process is quietly eating your team's time.

### Monthly Support — $3,500/mo (Ongoing)

First month $7,500 with the setup; $3,500 if we built it.

A senior engineer on call, without hiring one — and we run the hosting and infrastructure too. Fifteen hours a month for features and fixes, with uptime and backups handled and your hosting bills kept low, at roughly a quarter of what a full-time hire costs. If we didn't build your site or app, the first month also makes updates safe: every change tested and previewed before it goes live, so a small update can't take it down.

**Deliverables:**
- Setup, for a site or app we didn't build: an automated release process (GitHub Actions, Dagger, or ArgoCD), with separate test and live environments, documented
- Monthly update on your Notion account page: what was done, in plain English
- Monthly hosting & infrastructure report: uptime, spend, changes
- Priority requests through your account page, plus email
- Quarterly review of what to prioritize next

**Ideal for:** You have no in-house engineers and need a reliable one, every update to your site or app is a nervous manual process, or you have a small team that's already at capacity and keeps deferring the maintenance work.
